Gaurav Taneja

Gaurav Taneja, widely known as Flying Beast, is a multifaceted Indian personality—pilot, fitness enthusiast, YouTuber, and entrepreneur. Born on July 9, 1986, in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, he graduated in Civil Engineering from IIT Kharagpur in 2008. Post-graduation, he pursued his passion for aviation, training in the U.S. and later working as a pilot for IndiGo and AirAsia.

In 2016, Gaurav launched his first YouTube channel, FitMuscle TV, focusing on fitness and bodybuilding. His engaging content led to the creation of two more channels: Flying Beast, a daily vlog channel started in December 2017, and Rasbhari Ke Papa, a gaming channel initiated in July 2020 .

His candidness brought him into the spotlight when he raised safety concerns at AirAsia in 2020, leading to his suspension. This incident prompted him to transition into full-time content creation .

Beyond YouTube, Gaurav ventured into entrepreneurship by co-founding Rosier Foods, a wellness brand, and Beast Life, a fitness apparel line. He also appeared on Shark Tank India Season 4 to pitch his fitness brand .

Married to fellow pilot and influencer Ritu Rathee, the couple shares their life with two daughters, Rashi and Pihu, often featured in their vlogs.
