MyHoardings ties up with Uber’s Xchange Leasing India Pvt Ltd for Cab advertising
MyHoardings.com is one of India’s largest aggregator for “Out Of Home Advertising” companies and services, catering to events, ATL and BTL activations, has entered into a contract with Xchange Leasing India(XLI) Pvt Ltd for brand promotion and advertising activities for it’s clients.
Xchange Leasing, a group company of Uber has tied up with bangalore based MyHoardings for undertaking exterior and interior branding of UBER cabs. The brands who advertise on interior and exterior of the cab have the advantage of attracting their clients.
Based on various car brands running on the Uber platform, which include both sedans and hatchbacks like Swift Dzire, Indigo, i20,Honda Amaze, Tata Zest. Though 50 branded cabs are currently operational in Bangalore, MyHoardings is planning to increase presence via cab advertising with Uber cabs in Pune, Kolkata,Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, Bengaluru,Chennai, jaipur, Lucknow and Ahmedabad based on client inputs.
Cab branding is becoming a parallel option to outdoor hoardings, when it comes to promoting the business . It’s growing and we expect this transit advertisement will gain more prominence in days to come, says Ashok, CEO-MyHoardings Media group . Currently, in each of Indian metro city, Uber has more than 10,000+ operational cabs and more than 3000+ cabs in Tier-2 cities. The number of car owners interested in advertising on their cars is on the rise.
MyHoardings has also tied up with growing city taxi brand “Wagon Cabs” in recent past, which puts it in dominating position for Cab Branding activities across PAN India.
